Nitin carries with him 25+ years of rich experience in leadership search across various sectors. He has successfully identified leaders for large Indian groups, multinational conglomerates, and start-up ventures predominantly in BFSI, FMCG, BPOs, Internet, and E-Commerce space.
He has also personally managed Senior Level assignments (CXO/Functional Heads) and successfully delivered mandates at the Senior Leadership level across India and overseas. Over the years, Nitin has accomplished numerous successful leadership appointments resulting in strong relationships with key Industry leaders (HR and Business).
SUDHANSHU RAWAT
Director
Sudhanshu has 26 + years as a business leader, managing P&L’s, delivering Transformation, strategic outsourcing, he has worked as a Partner/ Exec Director with IBM, Senior Management roles in Accenture / Oracle, he is an Engineer and MBA, he has also up-skilled in Digital Strategy and Business Models from IMD & IIMB. Sudhanshu leverages his prior experience to help clients continuously enhance processes, client delivery models, and scalability.

A Post Graduate in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management, Samiksha's career in recruitment spans over 11 years.
She leads Connexions in creating human capital for the Financial Services practice in India. Her strength cuts across many industries including, Banks, Financial Services, Asset Management, Investment Banking, FinTech, Global Capability Centers, Consulting & Analytics. Has worked for various renowned consulting organizations like Global hunt and Randstad in the past.
